With thanks to recent customer feedback, we understand there are situations for some of our customers who have multiple services under a single Quic account, to have these billed to seperate payment methods, or different credit cards.
We’re pleased to unveil that this is now possible, and live in your Quic account portal.
Under the “Billing” menu, there is now a new option titled “Service Payment Methods”
Within this page, you will be able to view a list of all your Quic services, their set payment method, and if Credit Card, the card assigned to the service.
You can then select either the payment method or assigned card to change these options accordingly.
Clicking in to change either of these options will display a page containing your service information, payment method and credit card for the chosen service, and provide you with options to change the payment method and/or assigned card, as well as a link through to our existing credit card management page to add a new card, or modify the details of an existing card.
We hope you like this small, but especially useful for some, improvement in our portal and billing functionality!
