🔧 LFC Network Events
Along with maintenance we perform on the Quic network, LFCs (Local Fibre Companies, e.g. Chorus) regularly perform maintenance and occasionally have unplanned incidents impacting service.
Inside your Quic account portal, you can see any current LFC Network Events impacting your services under the Support menu. We’ll also email you anytime there is an active incident, and any updates from the LFC.

If any links below are red, the link is classed as congested – don’t sweat, our engineers will be well aware and working on fixing as soon as possible.

What do the colours mean?
The colours on our network links indicate the current average throughput passing through the link. Our business rules are:
Green & under = All OK!
Yellow = Ensure link is being actively monitored. If throughput sustained, start upgrade plan.
Orange = If sustained, start urgent upgrade plan
Red = Network capacity alert. Determine & isolate cause.
