If you’re a recent new customer to Quic, first off – welcome on board! Secondly, you may have experienced a go-live email hitting your inbox within 5 minutes of placing an order!
This is all part of our continued push to automate more of what we do. In this stage, we have implemented full end-to-end provisioning of new circuits where the below criteria is met:
- The connection is in a Chorus LFC candidate area; and
- The address entered matches that within the Chorus database, or the ONT serial matches that of an on-site installed ONT.
If you place an order which hits both of these criteria, you can expect to receive a go-live date and time within 5 minutes of your order being confirmed.
That means, that depending on the time of day, and whether you have an installed ONT or not, you could have your connection up and running with Quic within 2 hours! How cool is that?!
If you’re not eligible for the full automated provisioning yet, don’t sweat! Our team will still get you across to Quic as soon as they can, while we continue to increase the availability of our automated provisioning across other LFCs.
